The Job Shop is a flexible staffing service. This means we supply employees to companies who need jobs filled for many different reasons, such as:

• When a worker is on sick leave or has an emergency
• When more workers are needed at different times of the year to handle increased production
• When special project requires additional workers or workers with special skills

These companies have to look outside their existing employees for workers to fill these jobs. That's where we come in. The Job Shop hires you, as our employee, to fill these jobs.

We need people, with skills like yours, to become employees of The Job Shop. We screen and interview workers so we can place you in the right job with the right company. We'll assign you to the job that matches your skills and skill level.
